I lost count. One more #change book author wants to cite Innovisor that the right 3% of people (often unknown to leaders) in the informal org #networks impact ~90% (aka #ThreePercentRule). It will also share a story from a #manufacturing org that discovered exactly that.

When you work with kids in sports… One of the most powerful things is to make them feel seen. Greet them, smile at them, and say goodbye. It can retain them in sport and produce medal winning performances by someone not as gifted as the competitors. Works well in business too.

Leaders, How well are you connected to your people? - It matters. You cannot influence without connection. Their commitment depends on ‘how’ connected you are, as people reporting to you on average will be 12% less committed. Commitment is fundamental to succesful change
