It’s not a straight shot to the far side of the Moon! 🌕 Over approximately 10 days, the Artemis II astronauts will orbit Earth twice before looping around the far side of the Moon in a figure eight and returning home.

In Chinese, the ocean is basically just a giant underwater farm. 🌊🐄 If you know your land animals, you’ve already mastered half the aquarium. Seeing a walrus as a sea elephant or a dolphin as a sea pig just makes so much sense. 🐘🐽 It’s like the ancestors just looked at the water and said, close enough. Happy Waffle Day! 🧇 Baking liquid batter between heated metal plates began centuries ago in ancient Greece. During the Middle Ages blacksmiths forged the first iron cooking plates with those iconic grid patterns. As ingredients like fresh eggs and milk became accessible these simple mixtures slowly evolved into much richer culinary creations. By the time the concept fully developed across Europe regional street bakers added their own unique touches. Some introduced thick pearl sugar for dense caramelized doughs while others engineered light textures specifically designed to hold warm syrups. Today this historical evolution continues globally with modern variations utilizing unique local ingredients and entirely new geometric shapes.
