The portal integrates key initiatives including UPYOG-based systems, digital finance and accounting modules for Urban Local Bodies, and upcoming QR code–based digital payment systems for municipal services.

The Unified Web Portal, developed under the National Urban Digital Mission (NUDM), will serve as a single digital gateway for accessing urban governance services across the Union Territory.

Shri. Atal Dulloo, CS,J&K today inaugurated the Auto Scrutiny-based Building Permission & CLU Portal and the Unified Web Portal of H&UDD, J&K, in the presence of CS H&UDD. The platforms will enhance transparency, efficiency & Ease of Doing Business in urban governance across J&K.
