Happy #IWD2024! A big thank you to all the awesome inspiring women I know! For me today was a family day, spent with one of the most inspirational women I know..my mum! 70, stage 4 pancreatic cancer with lung mets but still doing her best to keep it at bay & live her best life!

What an achievement & great Buddy was there to celebrate! Huge thanks to Reese for motivating us to promote physical movement & taking time away from the desk to maintain wellbeing And Buddy made some friends along the way! 2 lovely members of OT off to support our patients 😀
