@Barrattplc Be wary when you but a Barratt New Home Try to check it all especially the roof space for leaks

@NHBC They don't protect you after 10 years even if you have faults that were there before

@NHBC @ZeroCarbonHub By not having holes in the roofing felt when you build them to be found 12 years later like me

@NHBC even if have evidence that the issue occurred during the ten years but was not evident until 13 years?
