It's frustrating that Christians, or anything that gets in the way of modern hedonism, is depicted as evil and limiting in the current cultural zeitgeist.
We need boundaries and rules in our lives to make something of ourselves, not boundless moral relativism and pleasure seeking.

I journal every day, there are huge physiological benefits to it, this is fact. I picked this up from my Discipleship training, and haven't stopped for about 2 years now.
Cannot tell you how much it cleans up your brain. Journal, pray, stay off socials.
