The idea that Joe Biden was a better president than Donald Trump is obviously laughable on its face, but I don’t think that’s what this poll captures. What this represents is the massive disappointment that Trump and the MAGA movement has become. We are over 10 years into the Donald Trump era and have nothing to show for it. Would the country be in worse shape under purely Democrat control? Of course. But Trump and The GOP have failed to deliver on every issue that the American people sent them to DC to address. Mass deportations? Never happening. Swamp Drained? It’s worse. Economy revitalized? Not even close. America First? Don’t even get me started. All the while, Trump has continued to rally support for the worst members of the GOP, keeping the uniparty in Washington alive and well. We were promised a golden age and instead we wound up right back where we started.
