Re: current team situation, I’ll try and be as transparent as I can at end of the season on how I think we ended up here (massive combination of things, some large ones out of our control, some mistakes that I’ve made, some unlucky moments) but for now we’re just focusing on how we can revitalise the team and find a direction that works for us going into play-ins. Anyone scapegoating anyone on the team ultimately doesn’t understand or hasn’t listened on how the team is and has always been structured. Vibes are still very good, everyone is bought into how we’re moving forward, and no one is giving up. I know nothing I can say right now will probably satisfy or make anyone feel better- but I at least didn’t want to ignore fan’s frustrations. All I can say is that despite results, I and we have really been trying hard this year to make it work / take risks and unfortunately it just hasn’t materialised yet. It’s sports and sadly that means eventually there will be times like these. I’ll end with that I do still above all else believe in the young men in the walls of our office to come together and pull off something great. I appreciate the support from those who are sticking with us. Hopefully we can repay that faith. #alwaysfnatic

Quick update: Finally had my surgery yesterday & both meniscus were repaired + new ACL grafted from my hamstring. I have been advised not to fly for 6 weeks as I’m at a high risk of DVT, health comes first always. I have a Forrest Gump brace for the next 6 weeks 💀 We play @FNATIC today in the last game of the stage before play ins, thanks for the support ❤️
