I'm interested in creating the conditions for people to sit in vulnerability, uncertainty, and risk—the three requirements for courage. The world doesn't need more bubble wrap—it needs more courage.

Are we focused on the wrong goal when we talk about "safe spaces?" Psychological safety is a condition, but the real goal is courage. As Daniel Coyle suggests, maybe we should be calling them "brave spaces".
