She stated she had all 9 traits of BPD, but as my psychiatrist said, everybody can have all 9 traits but not have the disorder. It’s HOW it affects your life that qualifies you. Literally shut up Amber.

As somebody with ACTUALLY DIAGNOSED BPD I want nothing more than for Amberlynn to shut the fuck up. She’s platforming herself as some sort of spokesperson for the disorder and spreading very false information. What she’s doing is fucking dangerous.

No professional would recommend some self help workbook. The problem with that book is you cannot accurately rate yourself the way a professional would. If you were doing actual therapy what is in the book could contradict your therapist’s advice and ruin the flow of treatment.
