Several popular ASMR YouTube channels have been removed after YouTube said they violated its sexual content policies. Some of the affected creators had hundreds of thousands of subscribers and relied on their channels for a living. At first, YouTube said the channels were removed for posting sexually gratifying content. Later, the company clarified that ASMR itself was not the issue. Instead, it said some creators linked to external websites containing content that violated YouTube’s nudity and sexual content policies.

They're not doing that. Your kid COULD get to their OF by following a link trail, sure, but they won't be able to access anything without a credit card. They can also access the OF in question using Google Search. Do you want to ban Google Search?
