Esto significa que, una vez terminado tu horario laboral, no estás obligado a responder llamadas, mensajes o correos relacionados con el trabajo, y hacerlo ya no podrá ser exigido ni sancionado por tu empleador. La medida busca proteger el tiempo de descanso, la vida personal y la salud mental de millones de trabajadores, evitando que las jornadas laborales se extiendan fuera del horario establecido. Con esta decisión, se busca poner límites al contacto laboral fuera del trabajo y garantizar que el tiempo libre de los empleados sea realmente respetado
