I spent years stuck in my own head until I realized that action is the only cure for overthinking. Here is the 5-step framework I use to stay grounded: 📝 Limit screen time right after waking up. Don’t let the world control your mood before you’ve even had a chance to start your day. Move your body before the overthinking starts. Whether you run, lift, or walk, remember that action kills spirals and momentum breaks the mental loop. Get the thought out on paper. If a worry looks dramatic or silly once it is written down in ink, it usually isn’t a real problem worth your energy. Tackle one uncomfortable thing every single day. Real confidence is built on proof of action, and growth only lives in the places where you feel a bit of discomfort. Finally, respect your rest as much as your training. Sleep is non-negotiable because most overthinking is actually just a symptom of pure exhaustion.
