90% of trading explainers fail to convert.
Biggest mistakes we see:
- Overloading with charts & jargon in first 10s
- No real "why this matters" hook
- Boring voiceover that sounds like a textbook
- Zero storytelling, just facts dumped
- Ignoring mobile viewers (tiny text, no pacing)
Result? Viewers bounce, no sign-ups.
The fix: Start with pain, show quick proof, keep it visual & opinionated.
We edit trading videos that actually hold attention and drive action.

@kaifyreed @jadecap_ hey would love to chat. Looking to hire a video editor right now

HIPAA compliance isn’t optional when creating hospital videos.
It’s MANDATORY.
Yet most organizations still get it wrong.
- Too much patient info.
- Unclear consent.
- Missing internal review.
We put together a practical guide for hospitals and healthcare teams to produce safe, compliant videos without sacrificing clarity or quality.
If you want the full guide, comment “HIPAA” and I’ll send it to you directly.
English

Hiring a production company isn’t about who has the flashiest showreel.
It’s about who understands your goals.
- For hospitals, that means HIPAA compliance and patient clarity.
- For e-learning, measurable knowledge retention.
- For corporate and SaaS, structured messaging that drives sales or authority.
One beautiful video doesn’t fix broken workflows.
The right partner builds media systems and assets that educate, convert, and scale.

Testimonial from @chewbonic from the beta squad production team.
Genuinely been one of the best clients to work with, and one that we’re grateful to have onboard.

@kaifyreed @jadecap_ Excellent work, can u tell me where you got the inspiration for these types of amazing designs?

If you got your first few clients please don’t,
pretend you’ve “made it”
stop over-delivering
delay replies
miss deadlines
outsource everything blindly
chase clout instead of cash flow
inflate your lifestyle before your systems
buy subscriptions you don’t need
hire too fast
upgrade offices you don’t need
flex on social media for validation
You will inevitably lose everything and wonder why everyone else is winning while you feel stuck.
English

@kaifyreed This is real. Early wins don’t buy you leverage consistency does.
The founders who treat their first clients like their reputation depends on it (because it does) are the ones who actually build something durable.
English

@kaifyreed This will burn you at some point when you lose a client from it. Honesty and self-awareness are 2 different things.

Hiring GenZ is weird.
His first week in the team.
I get a message 24 hours before the deadline.
"Please extend the project deadline, I need more time."
The client wanted to know if everything was okay.
He replied
"I've got dinner today, and I will complete this tomorrow"
I just kept staring at the message.
No Grandpa died.
No Project file corrupted.
Just plain last-minute dinner plans.
And he's been my favorite employee since.
Not because missing deadlines is cool.
But because we value honesty more than anything else.
Most people would've ghosted for hours before giving a silly excuse, and this guy says the truth without blinking.
And I kind of admire it.
How would you react if this happened to you?
English

You'd be right to do so, but also not,
Clippers may be readily available, but finding and training top-tier editors takes time, months, to say the least.
That's why a deadline issue can be fixed through coaching, but if a man's nature is to lie constantly to get out of trouble,
that's something we can't fix.
