thanks Michael! curious before I get too deep into anything here: do outside contributions run into any legal-name DCO or CLA requirements? asking because I had a previous case in the ecosystem where I was encouraged to open a PR for a bug I found, then hit a strict legal-name requirement at the last second and had to walk away.
