Artists, I would like to hear your honest options. Is there any point in today's climate in announcing a new song before it's been released? Seems almost redundant to me, but feel free to prove me wrong.

What you have to do it post a video of you pretending to make it in the studio and say SHALL I RELEASE IT? When you know full well it's already been delivered to distributor & is coming out in a few weeks.

@KarefulUK I agree with you, I feel like song announcements get terrible engagement lately. Almost makes me wonder if posting the day of release & post promotion is the only thing needed.
