@KartikeyStack I've experienced this too much that i now make sure i get atleast 6-7 hours of sleep. The leftover work that would usually take me 1-2 hours in late night can be done within 30 mins. in the morning after proper sleep. Take care of yourself sir!

@YashSolanki_ @KartikeyStack After proper long sleep, I experienced the same, i do Surya namaskar, pranayama or some stretching then start working, it really helps and makes me feel less tired throughout the day.
