A woman in Utah got a ransom call using an AI clone of her aunt's voice. It sounded so real she didn't question it. Scammers only need a few seconds of audio pulled from social media to make that happen. If you get an urgent call demanding money, hang up and call the person back directly. A real emergency will survive a callback.

Romance scams cost $1.3 billion last year, and AI is going to make that number look tiny. @trevorsaudi The scary part isn't just the breach, it's that most customers had no idea their real name, phone, and address were even stored there in the first place.

Was shopping at a super popular IG thrift store website and came across really high impact vulnerability that allowed me to leak everyone's first/last name, phone number, email, address (down to house number), order history and even estimate the total revenue the business made.

@galnagli Interesting that the API was hiding the emails but Firestore wasn't. "We don't show it publicly" and "it's actually protected" are two very different things.

RentAHuman -- the platform where "AI Agents" hire real humans for physical tasks - leaked its entire user database. 187,714 personal emails (at the time), all it took was few minutes, some tokens and one Claude Code command. Here's how my AI attacker found it 🧵
