Class 3 Girls All-District MBCA All-District is voted on by member coaches within the district. All-District is not an all-district tournament team; it reflects the entire regular season. The top 10 players from each district receive All-District honors (no first or second teams or honorable mention). Ten players receive these honors unless: there is a tie for 10th place (no tiebreakers; all receive honors), the district lacked 10 nominations from coaches, or head coaches chose not to be MBCA members and did not nominate players. The player receiving the most points is named District Player of the Year. Coaches within the district also vote on Coach of the Year. Congratulations to the Highland Varsity Softball team for earning Academic All-State Recognition with a 3.851 team GPA.

On March 4, 2026, the community came together to support the Highland Lady Cougars as they faced the Principia Lady Panthers. It was a night that showcased the passion, resilience, and pride that this team has displayed all season long. Everyone in the community is proud of the accomplishments this group achieved throughout the year. The Lady Cougars competed with heart, played with determination, and never gave up. While the game may not have ended the way everyone hoped, this moment will always be remembered as part of the program’s history, especially with MSHSAA making the right decision for the integrity of the game. The highlight reel captured some of the best moments of the night — the hustle on the court, the energy in the gym, and a community that showed up loud and proud in support of these young athletes. Thank you to the players, coaches, and fans for representing Highland with class and pride. Your effort and dedication did not go unnoticed, and this season will be remembered for years to come.💛🤎

Thankful to be lead by her, what an amazing coach and human! She lead us to great success this season, one that will never be forgotten!

Went out with the best support system in Missouri. Thank you to EVERYONE who showed up.

3 tournament championships. First district title in 30 years. Two 1,000-point scorers. And a fight that had the #1 team in the state on their heels. What a season for the Highland girls. Congrats Coach and team!
