@ericsferguson Great question, Eric! Our loaves needs to be used, or placed in the freezer, while the Best By date is still in the future.  Bonus, it freezes well up to 90 days!

@KillerBread I buy your bread at Costco rather than Meijers because the slice is larger. But Costco sells your bread two loaves at a time. Is it normal for one loaf to go moldy after a week? I looked for dates on the packaging and don’t find any.
