Like many of you, I’ve been following the developments in the region and hoping for stability and peace. My thoughts are with the families affected and with everyone working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our communities safe.
In the tech world, we often talk about strategy and resilience in terms of systems and platforms. Times like this remind us that true leadership is human. It’s about staying calm for your teams, being a steady presence & looking out for the people around you when things feel uncertain.
UAE has always been a place built on unity and compassion. I’m reminded of the words of H.H Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan: “In the UAE, everyone is Emirati through their love for this land and their contributions to it.”
That spirit is what makes this country so unique. People from every corner of the world come here not just to work, but to build something meaningful together.
