There will be plenty of time to point fingers, plenty of time to look at what went wrong. Right now let’s come together, see how we can help one another. Let’s each lead. Let’s offer support. Let’s show we care.
The firefighters are doing their best. They are risking their lives and they need our encouragement and our support. They have families. There is enough fear and heartbreak to go around. Let’s pull together at this moment, then let’s look at how we can do better. We need to do better. People pay huge taxes and they deserve services to help them. In the meantime, we are in an emergency so let’s support any way we can.
