It's another rainy day in LA, and our crews are still out working. If your bins haven't been collected, it's possible that it's due to the weather and unsafe roads. Our team will collect your bins Friday if they can't get to you today. Please remember that tomorrow's collection service is delayed by one day due to the New Year's holiday. Thursday collections will be on Friday and Friday collections will be on Saturday. If it's still raining, please close lids and place bins 6-12 inches from each other and the curb. In the meantime, please call us to report clogged catch basins or flooded streets. Our 24-hour Customer Care Center is available at 800-773-2489 to assist you.
