So frustrated with @LastmansBadBoy. Ordered an appliance in April, no updates or communication from them. When I call to inquire they tell me it’s coming next week. They’ve been saying this for 2 months. And telling me it’s final sale. How can something be final sale I never got?

They took my $1200 in fall ‘21 for a dishwasher I never got & are non-responsive on all communication. Store ppl can’t help bc online sales are “separate”. I’ll be taking this to small claims court this week.

@LastmansBadBoy I have been waiting for a recliner since Black Friday sales . Paid for it in full on October 14, and have been trying to find out what is going on with delivery . Finally got through to distribution center to be told they would have to find out from other dept.
