🚨 New Menu Drop! 🚨 Say hello to our Chicken Tinga Chili with Cornbread — rich, smoky, and made for winter weather. Warm up with a bowl in the cafeteria! 🥣 Fun fact: This recipe was a Top 10 favorite at this year’s School Nutrition Food Show!

🌱This month's Taste It Tuesday and Fear Factor Friday spotlight is on locally grown honeynut squash! Naturally sweet and full of flavor, this smaller variety of butternut squash added a delicious seasonal option to our menu.

It’s Turkey Day in the cafeteria! 🦃🎉 We served up a delicious Thanksgiving-inspired feast for students. 🍽️ We’re grateful for our amazing school nutrition team and the smiles they bring to every meal. 💛

Learning about nutrition never tasted so good! 🍓 We visited The North Star School to teach an engaging nutrition lesson on how smart food choices can boost energy, focus, & overall wellness — and students rolled up their sleeves for a chef-led frozen yogurt parfait activity!

🌟 What an incredible turnout! 🌟 Our 2nd Annual Food Show was a huge success — we welcomed just shy of 500 attendees! 🍽️🎉 We loved seeing our community come together to taste, share, and celebrate the next generation of school meals.

Two taste tests, two big wins! This week at @emerickelem1967 and @RiversideLCPS, students sampled new recipes and are already excited for what’s coming to next year’s menus! 💫

@Colts_CCE celebrated Bike to School Day this morning with over 400 students pedaling in! We joined the ride with our smoothie bikes, serving up delicious school-made strawberry banana & mango peach smoothies. Check your school menu for the next smoothie day! 🚴‍♀️🍓🥭
