TimTheTatman wasn't impressed with the latest Arc Raiders update, and he didn't hold back sharing his thoughts on it. He feels like the game is gradually shifting more towards a PvE experience, and while he acknowledged that's fine for some people, it's just not the direction he wants the game to go. In his eyes, it seems like the devs aren't too keen on pushing the PvP side of things, and that's a dealbreaker for him personally. He then brought up Marathon as kind of the opposite — a game that leans heavily into PvP — and said that for his own taste, that's the experience he's going to enjoy a lot more.

Battlefield trailers always look amazing , that's why the BF simps will tell you to wait for the day 1 patch to fix the entire broken game magically. I'll buy it cause I'm dumb but I'm ready for heartache... plz no bf2042 repeat.

@pathofexile To be fair, im still having fun. This whole thing somehow has a midnight launch energy from 2000's.

We've run into the same symptom again with a different problem. We are working on fixing it again but regrettably every time this happens we have to restart and wipe the databases to prevent them getting into bad or corrupted states. We'll have a fix out as soon as we can! Thank you once again and more updates will follow as we learn more.

@GIANTSSoftware Corruption of save games because of machinery suddenly disappearing to somewhere in the map without chance of recovery, AI traffic on Hutan Pantai driving against one way streets with getting you stuck....exp based on the first 24 hours playtime is bad!

@GIANTSSoftware Did you ever test that game? Asynchronous field flooding in MP, harvesting in contracts for cotton does not count at all (you can only abandon the contract), harvesting carrots with AI helpers is close to impossible, flickering on high end PCs...but a season pass already present

@TheRealDoughGER @HORI_Europe Trying to find an Alternative aswell, but with no luck. Delivery dates on Nov or Dec and I doubt, that Nov will step up to the mark. I understand, that HORI is proud of the achieved product, but hyping anything that is not available...meh...

@HORI_Europe 2/2 How can it be, seeing the Hype around this product that the Stock can be so limited and 2 days before it said "In Stock, delivery on friday 11.10.24". Now i will cancle it and search for an alternativ. :(

It's been a rough couple of weeks. We wanted to keep it quiet but it's up to you to decide if you would like to support this kind of things and stick to the games that not only entre the genre but do not hesitate to copy what has been done.
