Sa justification : l'État n'a pas les moyens. Il préfère ne pas tailler dans ses 5,7 millions de fonctionnaires, ses 1 200 agences publiques, ou ses dépenses sociales. Il préfère faire payer les entreprises. Parce que les entreprises ne votent pas. Pour un patron de PME avec 10 salariés au SMIC, c'est plusieurs milliers d'euros de charges supplémentaires par an, du jour au lendemain, sans préavis. Résultat prévisible : moins d'embauches, plus de licenciements, plus de faillites. Le chômage augmente déjà depuis 5 trimestres consécutifs. Vous ne connaissiez pas David Amiel.
