In good times I’m grateful. In hard times I’m grateful. Always. In all ways.

This is a great time to explore downtown and see how lit up and beautiful it is before the crowd comes ❤️

Today I’m grateful for love. In all of its phases. It’s always there… just in varying degrees, layers and levels.

What an adventure learning tricks to memorize math facts and exploring new parts of the playground at recess! 🤗 It’s a beautiful way to connect plus a welcome mini-break from adulting.

Today I’m grateful for every time I ask children how school was and they actually discuss details beyond “fine.”

Today I am grateful for hope. The audacity of me to always believe that it will prevail despite any perceived circumstances….

Today I am grateful for the gift of comic relief. Laughter is such a soul soother.

Today I am grateful for collaboration. Amongst energies in alignment it is beautiful to watch and beautiful to be a part of.

What’s a “love” song that you hear differently now that you understand the words as an adult?

I’m grateful for learning to be the thermostat of my energy and space, and even further, the ability to carry that space with me wherever I go.

Today I am grateful for the wait.

Today I’m grateful for access to elders to learn and grow from while simultaneously teaching and caring for them.

Today I’m grateful for the people that came before us that crawled, walked and ran so we can fly. ❤️

Today I am grateful for contrast. Identifying and at times experiencing exactly what I don’t want has helped me to better set my intentions on manifesting what I do want clearly and without compromise.

Today I am grateful for a stable, peaceful, safe, warm home/recharge center.

Today I am thankful for breaks and brakes. Knowing when to pause, knowing when to stop, and having a means to slow down and stop appropriately without crashing so you stay safe and can push the gas when it’s right.

Today I am grateful for grace. I’m good at having it for everyone else, but have to remind myself to apply it to me sometimes. I’m improving!
