UPDATE: WTF WSTRs We're gonna take a shot at bringing the WSTR more in line. Right now it's become a dominant option and is eclipsing a lot of the other short range options that exist in the game. SOOOOOO... as of Tuesday 4/21 (likely 8AM PT) the WSTR will no longer be able to down an enemy player who has blue shields or above with two shots. The ideal is that in a majority of cases this will force a reload in scenarios where the target has a blue shield, allowing for some more counterplay in these scenarios. What Will Change: - Change will go live Tuesday 4/21 in the morning. Likely 8AM PT. - WSTRs can still down a green shielded target with 2 direct shots at short rang - WSTRs will no longer be able to down a blue and above shielded target with 2 shots at short range. We're still keeping an eye on a variety of balance issues. Thanks for all the feedback, keep it coming and we'll keep hammering at it.

@leopardstealth It is audio queue as along with everything in the game. Gaurentee you didn’t hear it for no headphones.

can someone good at marathon tell me how I should play this?? I peek the claymore, its audio triggers, it doesn't blow up, I re-peek, its audio doesn't trigger but it explodes after a delay??? And then causes damage thru a wall this was after killing a team and 3 rooks 😭

@silxntgfx That was the only thing I feel like I did wrong. But when the game wrongs me, I can’t think straight. I knew he was weak and inside that bathroom on the right wall. Should have just busted in like the doom guy 😭

@leopardstealth def a bug with the claymore but i woulda at least held the angle with a shotty and maybe you can get ur shot off before he does

@itsjustaride12 Anytime I sprint and slide passed I still take damage. Anytime I put a claymore down the other claymore that is behind the wall will trigger my own claymore and I’ll die instantly 😭

@leopardstealth Why would you push that? The only way to avoid some claymore angles is to sprint and slide past then turn to get an angle on him, or just back off, there's another doorway behind you into that room, put your own claymore down so he thinks it's safe ... lots of other ways

Sorry for the abrupt end to stream. Windows decided to randomly start holding down Shift + Delete so I'm recovering the stuff I was clicking on at the time and re-configuring all my back ups. I'll stream again Wednesday with absolutely no more tech issues.
