@silversurfaces Hi there, we're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the Libby app. Libraries buy individual digital "copies" from publishers, who often require each copy be loaned to one person at a time—just like physical books. This ensures authors, narrators, and creators are paid fairly.

Anyone else having issues with @LibbyApp frequently crashing? My phone wants to put it in deep sleep. Checked on Play Store to see if needs an update and noticed all crashes since listed most recent update. Have you heard anything @NorfolkLibs?

@LibbyApp It doesn't sync user made tags as far as I can tell (tho I may be missing a setting) and it doesn't sync libraries .

@LibbyApp so. um. why doesn't the app have the ability to sync between devices? adding multiple libraries every time i get a new device is a nuisance. Also not helpful that tag groups don't go either.

@LibbyApp It's now THREE months since a "critical issue" for Android not able to download ANY ebook or Audiobooks. Serves every library in the country & IT STILL can't fix it. I guess all they care about is that iPhone works. Android users don't matter
