Dear @LIC_HFL, something is really odd about dealing with your customer care. They keep saying the loan account number mentioned in my email is incorrect, but the exact same number appears on all your documents and EMI receipts. Can someone please explain what’s going on?

Dear @LIC_HFL I had applied for interest rate revision on your portal and the same has been revised from 9.45% to 7.85%. However, the number of installments to be paid has drastically increased from 58 to 84!! How is this possible? Can you please explain?

@LIC_HFL Staff not cooperating to reduce my interest rate eventhough rbi reduced it long back. This is the worst Finance company to bank with. Agents also not either reducing or allowing me to do BT.Reduce as per new rates or allow me to BT to another bank loan no. 7001060003645
