@LifelineAust can someone explain to me why yesterday when I tired to use the texting service, that I waited almost 2 hours to be connected only to find it seems I had been removed from the queue entirely. I truly don’t understand the point in lifeline. You offer no real help!!!!

@LifelineAust Where am I supposed to get crisis support? Someone contacts in deep distress and I feel like no one couldn’t care less. Lifeline was one of my last options.
