All our ingredients work in harmony with one another. The reason behind the pink peppercorns are because our lime needed something to counterbalance it and the answer we found was a gentle addition of spice.

Sustainability is at the core of Lind & Lime. We ensure that 100% clean electricity is used, all the packaging is made with 100% plastic-free materials, and the gin is produced with 100% organic ingredients.

Over the last couple of months, we have been holding tastings around the world. Here we are in China, it truly has been an exciting experience to have the chance to get Lind & Lime out to more of the world

In 2022 we received; Double Gold at the World Spirits Competition in San Fransisco, Gold in the London Spirits Competition, and Silver at the International Wine and Spirits Competition. We're very proud of these honours, and of the people at Lind & Lime who make it possible.

We’re upgrading our still at the Lind & Lime Distillery to a 1000 litre copper still, to increase our capacity. We think that it looks great in our new gin distillery. And of course, it will still be powered by electricity from renewable sources.

Meet Sam, who has the rather enviable title as our Head of Gin. Sam is in his element developing a new recipe, and not only noses botanicals but knows his botanicals.

We believe the perfect aperitivo is the Negroni. Believed to have been created in Florence, it was named after the man who ordered it - Pascal Olivier Count de Negroni. One part Lind & Lime gin, one part vermouth rosso, one part Campari, and garnished with a fresh orange peel.

In the novel The Long Goodbye, a Gimlet is described as ‘half gin, half Rose’s Lime Juice and nothing else’. We were excited about this as Rose’s Cordial was first produced in Leith, where we make our gin. After much experimentation we saw, it’s got to be fresh lime juice.

Water of Leith runs for over 20 miles from the Pentland Hills into the Firth of Forth at the Leith docks, which was one of Scotland's most important trading ports for centuries. We'd like to think it's getting back to its glory days.
