@greateranglia so just checking - with the temp timetable the first off peak train from Hatfield pev to London next week is 10:33? That’s a 2 hour wait - can’t be right so thought I’d check as that is no good to anyone? Thanks

@greateranglia 🤔 doesn’t really answer my question does it? I’ll rephrase - when are you going to make the child £2 ticket available online or from ticket machines ? Do you refund the difference if your local ticket office isn’t open and you have to pay fulll price? Thanks.

Good morning @greateranglia got a question - how come if you buy a return to Liverpool St from Chelmsford and add a zone 1/2 journey the price stays the same but from Hatfield Peverel it doesn’t? Thanks.

@greateranglia Ok thanks. Could you also ask why the kids £2 ticket is only available from ticket offices and not from ticket machines or online? Wouldn’t be an issue if my ticket office was ever open when I travel with my son....
