Libraries are world-expanding & community-building. And rural library services are vital - many folk don’t have access to cars or public transport or internet
So it’s short-sighted of @DevonCC’s cabinet to vote to end its mobile library service

If only important meetings could be held in the open air surrounded by nature and archeological history - the outcomes might be so different.
The poem ‘Naming of Parts’ by Henry Reed has a similar feeling to yours.

I really really believe we should and can produce food in ways that deliver more nature, way more of it
But even more important than that is feeding everyone in a socially just way - can we please stop taking food production for granted it’s literally a life and death issue

@herdyshepherd1 Yes - this is on my list - I enjoy (and want more) books that question the status quo and point to other ways of seeing & being. @BernieSanders is a rare politician in that he actually seems human too.
