@LORWEN108 Nope, it’s a full long slow inhale through the nose followed by a short burst. Then along exhale through nose until lungs are “empty”. As per Stanford study and Huberman Lab.

EFT tapping - this is what I mentioned earlier but couldn’t recall the name of the tapping technique- seems weird but works wonders for everything from anxiety to tinnitus
