19yrs ago on this day I left 🇸🇬 & moved to 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. The day after I arrived I was spat on whilst sat in a park in Cardiff. Today, I feel even more unsafe than ever when I am out in public. But, I hold on to hope & the belief that we are better than this. (1/2)

PSG bought Manuel Ugarte for €60m last year. He evidently doesn’t fit their system (hence why they want to sell) yet are still asking for the same price if he leaves from Man Utd. PSG have just signed Joao Neves for an equivalent fee plus add ons…a much better player in most people’s eyes (including PSG’s, evidently). So given Ugarte had a season where his value on pitch tumbled, Man Utd have every right to stand their ground on their own valuation. Everyone wants transfers done yesterday but I’d much prefer United stop getting done over on fees than getting a player in for the sake of a few early games. It’s not ideal but it’s the way it is.
