@lv You care???? Really? My family has been waiting for over 2.5 YEARS for our subsidence claim to be dealt with- all 3 children have to share 1 room and 5 of us using 1 toilet, you increased my costs 2 years in a row the subsidence continues !!

After @lv trying to deny sending my information to the wrong address, emailing me a quote with the #wrong address on and the blaming it on @sainsburys and promising to investigate and send me a new qoute with the correct details on and get back to me, I've heard nothing.

@lv absolutely rubbish #customerservice received an email with a quote after being moved from #Sainsburys. #LV inputted my address wrongly, then said it wasn't their fault, would investigate and get back to me and investigate. Heard nothing over a week. 👎👎👎👎 #fulloflies

@MoneySavingExp Don't change your car within 1 month of renewal as you can't (always) amend your policy online with new details (generally FOC) so have to contact insurance co. Happened to me with @lv in Feb. Stung with £15 fee because their online system wouldn't allow me to do update vehicle.
