@lv Well thought I had sorted it but it turns out @lv hadn't done what I paid for again! Made a complaint and was told I'd get a call back. That was 2 weeks ago. We "Care" 😂😂😂😂

If your considering insurance give @lv a miss. Can't even get a car covered and get on with my day because I'm constantly put on hold and hung up on. You can even let me give you money.

@lv @lv windscreen insurance is ridiculous, @Autoglass is the only approved supplier and currently earliest fitting date is in April! @NatWindscreens can fit in 3 days, but I have to pay £200 extra to use a non approved supplier. Completely unreasonable and a safety risk.

@RandyWAFC Hi, we're sorry you're unhappy with the renewal price. UK insurers are seeing a lot more claims due to an increase in the frequency and severity of weather events. This is one of many reasons premiums are increasing. We’re doing everything we can to keep costs as low as 1/2

@lv please explain why my 90 year old mothers home & contents cover has gone from £800 to £1500 a year. No claims for years. Should be ashamed, and don’t blame rise in claims, she hasn’t. Robbing tw@ts
