@RoyalMail I paid for redelivery starting 6th December but have had a fee to pay card dated 7th. This is very disappointing. I would have to see my abusive ex to get the card. Now worried that you'll fail to redirect more mail, despite me paying good money for this service.

@YodelOnline I've spent hours trying to get a refund and compensation for a parcel I sent that you have lost. I have been thrown off your webchat twice. So I'm just supposed to accept a loss of over £20? This is completely unacceptable.
