I visited the TelOne stand at ZITF and was impressed by their work rolling out live CCTV cameras with real time monitoring on Harare's city roads. This was long overdue. The system will help catch lawbreakers who endanger other motorists and pedestrians. Anyone caught breaking the law should face the full legal consequences. No lenience!
