Lincoln Riley is leaving Oklahoma to become USC's next head coach. USC had to make a "home run hire." When USC named Clay Helton head coach in 2015, it was a "safe hire." L.A. had no NFL team. No SoFi Stadium. No football competition. This was the biggest hire in program history.
