One, I have to be careful “fake fears” and two, I needed better systems to assist with repair calls. Here are ways that I helped alleviate that stress: 1. Build your repair team (electrician, plumber, handyman, etc).

From that point forward, I started researching every repair possible. I’ve learned so much that now when a repair is needed, I can walk the tenant through what’s possibly happening. I’m also controlling costs better than I ever have.
