Trump is barred by Sect 3 of the 14th Amend from serving as Pres for engaging in an insurrection. If Democrats are not going to at least fight to enforce the 14th Amendment then why would Trump fear Democrats will stand up to him if in the future he violates other parts of the US Constitution?!
