@Lauren_83_ It's really hard sometimes for men. They don't talk to their mates like women do. I can speak from first hand experience of this and recently too. There's plenty of help out there if you open up and ask for it. A few certain people who know who they are have helped me get through

I hate this. It shouldn’t be like this. Men don’t have to put on a brave face. Men don’t have to “man up”. The suicide statistics speak for themselves. Things have to change. Men shouldn’t feel like this in 2026.

I just smashed my best 5km time on the treadmill. I can’t run yet, still walking as fast as I can. But fuck me, I’m proud of myself. Then I increased the weight on the leg press. So now I’m sat in the reception of the gym because I daren’t drive yet, my legs are like jelly 😂
