Now it’s time for the Senate to act—take up the map, debate it, and pass it. Marylanders deserve leadership equal to the moment.

And at a time when Congress must be able to serve as a meaningful check on executive overreach, Maryland’s representation matters.

The Maryland House took an important step forward by passing a new congressional map, and I applaud their action.
