@MassRMV Any advice on EZ Pass? I haven't gone through a toll in 3-4 years. Was down to about $10 and they added $20 then. I lost access to my account even with transponder number and so forth. Lost password in a computer crash, not allowed to reset. Now a new $20 charge!

@hyuganft Good Morning Jessiah - you will need to request a Letter ID online and can go to an RMV Service Center to have the letter printed for you. Please visit our website for more info mass.gov/how-to/update-…. You can also go in person to renew your registration as an alternative.
