@HarrietMaj @Chime review team finally did send an email claiming an account closure check would be sent after verifying my address, which I've done. just waiting to hear back for confirmation from. if this is indeed the case I'll go ahead and take Chime off the naughty list this year

I represent a seller & buyer had their money @Chime it has been almost 2 months and still runarounds from chime as to how long it will take for buyer to get his money. Every response is different from the last.

@HarrietMaj since reaching out on Twitter, I did receive an email claiming they just need to verify my address to send my account closure check, so we'll see what happens with that. I'm not getting my hopes up and will continue to prepare myself to take further action if necessary

@HarrietMaj No, not yet. I believe strongly I am legally entitled to these funds of my closed account. I'm so sure they are wrong I intend to share all of the evidence and correspondence to prove it and hold Chime accountable. I'm pissed now.

@Chime Chime refuses to refund my account balance. Chime will do anything at its own discretion including not refunding a positive balance on a closed account. My account was 100% verifiable including all activity on my chime accounts. sharing all evidence and correspondence

@Chime please explain to this as I was assured by multiple support members that I would be receiving a refund especially on the phone. I was guaranteed and I inadvertently may have violated a term of agreement. I don't believe that entitles you to my funds, especially my tax refund

please explain how your company is able to keep money that is legitimately mine and able to verify does not make sense to me. I understand you can't disclose why my account was closed, but why are you able to keep my funds? I can verify all of the deposits made to this account
