I honestly cannot stress this enough but please start living & enjoying your life. Your life is passing by daily and all you’re doing is working, paying bills, & overthinking stuff you can’t change. Start taking trips and treating yourself. Have fun with this life. You only get 1

If all you want to do on your day off is play video games, that's a perfect day & let no one shame you for it! So naive when ppl look at others wrong because that's what they did on their free time. Gaming is a form of self-care & someone not understanding that is their loss.

Who gives a fuck if someone says a certain hobby is meant for children we’re all here for a good time and not a long time so fuck those miserable ass people and do you baby. Do whatever hobby or hobbies make YOU happy. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter. Your happiness is most important.

ADHD people being mentally and physically exhausted but still staying up because they didn't get enough "me time" after surviving the whole day.
