In today’s Power Zone Max Ride we executed a Power Profile format, helping riders assess their power at VO2 max, anaerobic capacity and neuromuscular power ⚡️ Great work everyone!!

Raced the @nyrr 5th Avenue Mile this past weekend and had an absolute blast. If you haven’t done this race yet, I highly recommend it. Felt like the mile race from high school all over again, but this time tons of people cheering you on 🙌
