Expanding access to EV infrastructure starts with innovative financing. Our first EV infrastructure bridge loan is helping bring 40 Level 2 electric vehicle chargers to 10 affordable multifamily communities across Montgomery County, serving more than 4,300 households. Through a $1.04 million bridge loan, we helped move this project from grant award to implementation, supporting cleaner transportation options, tenant education, and long-term energy savings for communities that may otherwise face financing barriers.
